Our Project Installation Team includes both software and hardware Engineers working under the direction of the Project Manager. The work of the team begins well in advance of the actual installation with each member being involved during the factory development phases of the project to ensure the whole team is fully knowledgeable about all pertinent details before the on-site work begins.

At the same time members of the Maintenance Department also work with the Installation Team to fully understand the details and complexities of each site within the system architecture.

  • Should a site visit be required, the Maintenance Support Team will be able to act more quickly to provide the needed remediation.
  • Remote Support via secure internet connection is used by the Maintenance Support Team to identify reported problems or to make minor system upgrades.
  • System Maintenance training is available for customers requiring a level 1 in-house maintenance capability.
